Youth Group Reservations
We offer discounted rates for organized affiliated youth groups including: summer camps, day camps, YMCA, Parks & Rec Associations, Scouts, kids clubs, and sports teams!
FIELD TRIP REQUIREMENTS
- Starting at $13 per person. (Children & Adults)
- Multi attraction tickets starting at $20 per person for 2 attractions and $27 for 3 attractions.
- For every 10 tickets booked, receive 1 free chaperone ticket.
- Group rates are available for local youth groups serving K-12 grade.
- Must have a minimum of 10 children to qualify for group rates.
- Advance online reservations are required 14 days before your visit.
- Payment is due at time of booking.
- One chaperone per pod required.
Tax Exempt Groups: Tax exempt groups must submit proper documentation. If your organized group is tax exempt, please book your tickets here. Please email OrlandoSales@MerlinEntertainments.biz your tax-exempt form and order number after your purchase.

PLAN YOUR YOUTH GROUP VISIT
Know before you book:
- Groups must show proof of organization affiliation at check-in to confirm eligibility for discounted rates.
- Minimum number of children required to receive group pricing is 10.
- Reservations are required 14 days in advance.
- All reservations must be made online through the secure Online Booking Portal.
- Group tickets are timed & dated.
- Payments must be made with a credit card at time of booking.
- Payment types accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
- If additional tickets are required upon arrival, the higher walk up group rate may apply.
- Tickets expire on the date and time they are purchased for.
- Groups that arrive without a reservation are not guaranteed entry and will be charged the walk-up admission rate.
- Additional tickets cannot be added to your original reservation after your order is made. We suggest booking for the maximum amount of people anticipated in your group.
- If you end up having fewer individuals than originally booked, you can contact the Group Sales Department 48 hours in advance for a partial refund of those tickets.
- Paid reservation may be cancelled or rescheduled any time prior to 48 hours of your original visit date.

Group Trip FAQs
We recommend allowing approximately 20 minutes at The Orlando Eye. Don't forget to download the school resources if you wish to add worksheet completion to the field trip. They can be found on our teacher resources page.
A ride on The Orlando Eye takes approximately 20 minutes, while guests typically spend about an hour each inside SEA LIFE and Madame Tussauds.
Each pod fits 10 people.
Each ride is approximately 20 minutes long.
There are several restaurant choices located throughout ICON Park, including Ole Red, Yardhouse, and Uncle Julio's. If you choose to bring your own lunch, there is limited seating on a first come, first served basis.
Groups are able to pay with a credit card upon arrival. If your group needs to pay with a check, please reach out to our team at OrlandoSales@MerlinEntertainments.biz prior to booking.
There is limited parking available for buses in the surface lot located behind The Orlando Eye. Our team will be in contact with you before your visit to review parking and directions.
