1. GENERAL QUESTIONS

How long does the Coca-Cola Orlando Eye take?

The Coca-Cola Orlando Eye is about a 23-minute experience.

Once I leave the Coca-Cola Orlando Eye, am I able to re-enter? 

Admission to the Coca-Cola Orlando Eye is for one flight per person. After your flight, you may purchase another flight within the same day for $10 per person. 

What if the Orlando Eye closes due to weather whilst I'm at the attraction?

All tickets during a weather closure are valid for 30 days. Please come back at any time within that window to enjoy the Coca-Cola Orlando Eye. If you are unable to return, please e-mail OrlandoGuestServices@merlinentertainments.biz with the date of your visit, the reason you are unable to return and your confirmation number (if applicable).

Are wheelchairs allowed on the Coca-Cola Orlando Eye?

Wheelchairs less than 36" in width are permitted in the Orlando Eye.

What time do you start serving alcohol?

We start serving alcohol Monday-Friday at 5 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday, we start serving at 12 p.m. Please note that we stop the sale of alcohol 30 minutes prior to close.

 

2. TICKET & BOOKING HELP

If I book a combination ticket, do I have to visit all the attractions in the same day?

No! Combination tickets are valid for 30 days after your first attraction visit and you can choose to visit the attractions in any order that you like. 

I did not receive a confirmation email or tickets? 

Please check your junk or spam folders as at times emails can automatically be sent here. If you still do not see your confirmation email and/or tickets, please follow this link to access your booking:

What do I do if I have lost my ticket or email confirmation? 

If you have lost your email receipt, you can access your ticket by clicking ‘Buy Tickets’, pressing the menu tab on the top left, and pressing ‘Order Look Up’. You may also show your ticket on your mobile device. 

What do I do if I lose my Annual Pass (including SEA LIFE Annual Pass, Merlin Annual Pass or Awesomer Pass)? 

If you lose your annual pass you may visit the admissions desk to have it reprinted.

Do I have to make a reservation for the Coca-Cola Orlando Eye?

We do not accept reservations for the Coca-Cola Orlando Eye. We operate on a first come, first serve basis.

Do you offer Gift Cards for sale? 

We currently do not offer gift cards. 

 

3. SECURITY

Firearms/Weapons

For the safety of our guests, the carrying of firearms, weapons or combustible/flammable/explosive items of any kind into the Coca-Cola Orlando Eye is strictly prohibited.

Security Checks

The security procedures have been designed to ensure that all guests enjoy their experience in a safe and enjoyable manner. All guests are required to undergo a brief search before boarding the Eye. Same sex officers can be made available on request.

Banned Items

Items not permitted on the Coca-Cola Orlando Eye:

  • Sharp Objects, including pocket knifes
  • Explosives
  • Guns
  • Baseball Bats
  • Tasers
  • Pepper Sprays
  • Alcohol
  • Tripods
  • Pets (with the exception of service dogs)
  • Bicycles
  • Skateboards or scooters

 

4. PHOTOGRAPHY

Can I bring my camera on the Coca-Cola Orlando Eye?

Yes! However you will be asked to display your camera to our security team upon arrival, as certain lenses are prohibited. 

Please do not bring tripods or cameras with lenses exceeding 24 inches on board.

We also have specialized photographers that will assist you in taking your memorable photographs!

5. DISCOUNTS

Are there discounted tickets available? 

When you buy tickets online, you automatically save! The two or three attraction tickets are also significantly discounted. We also run promotions and special offers throughout the year.

Do you offer a military discount?

Yes! We offer a 10% discount off gate-price admission tickets to active and retired military members with a valid military ID. Ask one of our admissions staff for more information.

6. LOST AND FOUND

How do I report a lost item?

Visitors are encouraged to report lost or misplaced articles by clicking the link here.

You may visit between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. 

Found items are held for a maximum of 30 days.
Anyone wishing to claim property at the lost and found area must provide a detailed description of the item, proof of ownership and valid ID or a Driver's License.
