*Ticket Help: For questions about a ticket already purchased? Call 1-866-228-6438. Our booking center is open 7 days a week from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
*Same day tickets are ONLY available on this website or at our box office, not via this phone number.
Avoid having to queue in our ticket office to purchase tickets but will still need to join the boarding queue for the attraction itself.
Our luxury Private Capsules allow you to experience the Coca-Cola Orlando Eye within your very own capsule with no other guests.
All Private Capsules include Fast Track entry and the option of added hospitality if required.
Private Capsules are required to have a minimum of 3 guests and a maximum of 15.

You may purchase tickets on the day of your visit from our ticket office, located either outside of the terminal building or inside at the Coca-Cola Orlando Eye, Madame Tussauds or SEA LIFE Orlando.
Please note this will be subject to availability and can be busy during peak periods. We advise pre-booking your tickets online to avoid additional wait time during your visit as well as receive online savings. Most major credit cards are accepted.
You can prebook your tickets by telephone, please call our booking office at 1-866-228-6438 between 9am and 5pm daily.
Due to the iconic status of the Orlando Eye and popularity with guests we can be very busy at certain periods of the day. We recommend all of our guests read the following tips for visiting and collecting tickets in order to make your visit as easy as possible.
Please bring a copy of your email confirmation along with your payment card and proof of identification on the day of your visit.
Accepted proof of identification includes a passport, national identity card and driving licence
Print@Home: With a printed ticket you do not need to come to the ticket office. Please join the boarding queue with your Print@Home ticket. You may also display your Mobile ticket for scanning.
Ticket Collection Desk: If you are collecting standard tickets, please go to the pre-paid ticket collection desk. Please allow 20 minutes for this.
Priority Desk: If you are arriving for a special experience (e.g. Private Capsule, Champagne Experience), please go directly to the VIP Check-In desk. You will need to check-in 15 minutes before your experience.
